Cosplay

Cosplay, which comes from the words "costume" and "play", is a popular activity where fans dress up as characters from anime, manga, sci-fi, fantasy and video games. Many choose to make their own costumes from scratch while others choose to buy pre-made outfits. Typically a group activity, gatherings of cosplay enthusiasts can be seen at events such as conventions and exhibitions around the world.

Cosplay Island

Cosplay Island is a social networking and portfolio site for cosplayers living in the UK. This site has been designed from the ground up by cosplayers for cosplayers, and we hope you find everything here both fun and easy to use. Our hope is to provide the UK with a fantastic and friendly community where you can share your cosplays, swap advice on making outfits and hopefully make new friends along the way.
