| I fell in love with the BL game Lamento as soon as I first set eyes on the character designs. It's simply gorgeous! I thought for a while how much I would love to cosplay from it, so when I saw a Firi outfit advertised on eBay I just folded completely and jumped at the chance straight away. I hadn't even considered Firi as an option before (I had always assumed that I would be best suited for Konoe) but I think he's a good choice for me. I hope. ^^;; So yes, most of the outfit is commissioned I'm afraid, but when it came through in the post it was lacking quite a bit of detail and on the large side. I've had to take it in a lot all over plus added all the studs and some extra decorative features. Also had to replace the crappy boot covers, gloves and various other parts...in fact, I really should've just made it from scratch instead of paying out eBay prices! >__< Dammit! I made a shiny, scaly tail too pin to my bottom, too. X3 I hope no-one stands on it...o_0;; Photos will go up as soon as I've had the chance to actually WEAR the darn thing! XD | |

I never expected Lamento to be cosplayed here in the UK. It's nice to see someone who likes it as well :D. I'll be cosplaying Lamento myself on a Sunday of the October Expo, together with a few people. I'll be Konoe though. ^_^

Firi! I've seen a few Konoes and Rais but never a Firi. The Tail is so cute! What did you make it out of?
Aww, thankyou~! It's made from some strange, scaley fabric that's rather stretchy and filled with polystyrene balls to keep it lightweight. Sorry, I dont know what the name of the material is. It's just some generic, synthetic crud. XD
