| This was my Amecon 2007 comedy costume! After re-discovering my love for CardCaptor Sakura I decided to do a Shaoran costume, seeing as it was for a comedy costume his Winter Uniform struck me, and shorts were donned, stupid hats were made etc. I hated wearing this through fear of looking 10, and stupid, but I am reassured it was "funny and cute". I found a great fuku pattern online and followed that for the top, the hat was made quite easily and the shorts are just asda trousers taken up a bit. The shoes are kung fu slippers I bought with my Ryo gi! :) I used craft foam for the badge on my arm, as well as the "pockets". It seems to be more fitting for the bright, and colourful animation style that way. :) | |
