Description
Because Tengen Toppa rocks, version one was crappy and now I've got an awesome Simon (Reiss) now!! ^_^ I've already found a perfect wig, just needs the fringe styling and the blue colouring in. I've learnt my lesson not to use fimo for the jewels this time. Hopefully I'll be able to improve the jewellery aswell 83 [And to get more love from the wig I'm planning on doing some of her other outfits too!]
