Description
I did actually make this costume already, many years ago when I wasn't that experienced. However, I only wore it once, and to my knowledge only one extremely blurry photograph of it exists, and I can't even find that any more. It's going against my self-imposed age rule, really, but BELLS. CAT. PVC. I will probably just fix up the old costume for the most part as it was mostly based around an existing dress and thus actually fits quite well, but I will need to entirely remake the legging THINGS. And really, I need to do more Sailor Moon cosplay where I can!
