some clarification please!?!

some places are saying that the original story for "Prince of tennis" mangawas jsut a prequel?!! a 8 year prequel?! (like Dragonball i take it) so apparently there is a sequel too PoT? even tho i've been toldthere won't be o_O and the sequel will only be once a month?? but still serialized? is this true or jsut some stupid rumour D:

will it be called Prince of tennis 2?! or PoTZ
