I started cosplaying when I went to amecon for the first time in 2004 and have beento everyone since. I think I improve each time but you never have any real idea do you? I love seeing everyones cosplays and I have loads of friends who all do cosplays and I enjoy doing group cosplays.

Today is my last day on earth as a 21 year old

I find that really depressing you know because after today I'm an adult,fully, no technicallitys about it just a full on adult.
I don't want to be 22......
Admittedly I get this feeling every year,I hate getting older.
I dislike having birthdays to be honest,I'm terrible at showing how happy I am about my gifts,I never know how to react and when I do it comes off as a bit false and then i upset people. And they've never been that successfull and organising it so that family,dad and boyfriend and friends all get to celebrate it with me becomes a hassel and I end up just wanting to fuck off some ware so I can ignore it all.
People don't understand this feeling.
To be honest ever since I've added boyfriend to the mix it's meant its been a hassel. I had a whole rant about why but it'll make people feel bad so I can't be assed with that right now because well,whats the point. They were shitty,no the bf factor probably didnt help and the last good birthday I had was probably back in secondary school,which means the best part of 5 birthdays (2 of those major ones) were utter shit and I missed out on celebrating my 18th and 21st how i should have because I was to busy accomodating everyone else.
But this year is different, my bf will be at my birthday dinner no matter what and I will get to wake up next to him too. My mum will be at work so I get the day to go do whatever I want with and then head back to see my family and then go out with my friends which is how I'd like it to be to be honest.
So finally things are looking up.
I feel like I should go out and mark this date somehow.....
